Return Policy

Taprobana Network – Return & Refund Policy
Effective 30 June 2025


1. Scope

This policy applies to every purchase made through the Taprobana Network Minecraft Server Store, including—but not limited to—ranks, cosmetic items, in‑game currency, keys, and downloadable content (“Digital Goods”).

2. Nature of Digital Goods

All products sold are delivered instantly and irrevocably to the player’s Minecraft account. Because Digital Goods cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, refunds are granted only under the limited circumstances set out below.

3. Eligibility for a Refund

A refund may be approved if all of the following conditions are met:

3.1 Duplicate Transaction You were accidentally charged twice (or more) for the exact same item.
3.2 Non‑Delivery The product did not appear on your account within 24 hours after the payment was marked “successful” and our support team is unable to deliver it manually.
3.3 Unauthorized Payment You provide verifiable evidence of unauthorized use of your payment method and the goods are removed from your account.

Note: Rank upgrades that correctly applied the purchased perks, crate keys you opened, and consumable items you already spent are not eligible for refunds.

4. Time Limit

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. After this period, all sales are final.

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Open a ticket on our Discord server or email [email protected] with:

    • Purchase receipt or transaction ID

    • Your Minecraft username and UUID

    • A clear explanation of the issue

  2. Our Billing Team will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.

  3. If approved, we will reverse the charge to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your card issuer or payment provider (typically 5‑10 business days).

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Filing a chargeback without first contacting us violates this policy and may result in an immediate, permanent suspension of your Taprobana Network account.

  • We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with supporting evidence.

7. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

We log all in‑game commands, payments, and IP addresses. Fraudulent claims may be reported to the appropriate authorities and result in a network‑wide ban.

8. Currency, Taxes & Fees

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

  • Any bank, forex, or gateway fees are non‑refundable.

  • Where applicable, VAT/GST or local taxes are included in the checkout total.

9. Policy Updates

Taprobana Network may modify this policy at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after the “Effective” date shown at the top of the policy.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any dispute arising from it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
